Would you settle for 23,900 baht?
You can also apply to get about 1,700 baht VAT refunded when you leave Thailand. http://www.fotofile.net/product.php?id=12578 Fotofile is just a couple doors up from KFC, on the ground floor of MBK Center.

Oops!
I didn't notice the 55~200 lens. You might check with FotoFile and see if they will offer a comparable deal. There are a few "Pix-One" shops, about the most accessible being at Fortunetown Mall, Ratchadapisek (Thailand Cultural Center MRT stop).
