Please recommend Airlines that fly from Delhi to Simla return. Will also need a 4-5 star Hotel in the centre of the Town for a young family. Will there be snow in early January. Which Hotels do we get mountain views from.

It seems only one airline flies between Delhi and Shimal although January is too far off,and some additional flights may be introduced.you may buy your ticket either at Air Deccan site or at travelguru.com/cleartrip.com , you can also get hotel info at these sites .
There is likelyhood of snow in Jan but one cant be sure Anand
