Hola :
You have a Beauty salon called Macavi , that is located just to the the right ( as you look ) of the Iglesia de San Roque ( San Roque church ) . I do not know the name the street , but it is very easy to find , ask for the church to anybody

I am not really an expert on this issues , but I will try to answer.
In Macavi they only make wax to the face To make the wax more completly , you may go to . -Hotel Santemar , ask for Josefenina , she works in room 101 . You must book an hour with her before -Belleza NUT , it is outside the Santemar Hotel , in the same building -Rosa Clara it is near plaza de Italia in the building where is a supermarket called Lupa Buena suerte !!!

Sorry I did some mistakes :
Josefenina is a missspeling , the right name is : Josefina Belleza Nut is near the Lupa and and Rosa Clara is near the Santemar Hotel "Sorry"
