Is it possible to walk from Zakopane to Poprad in Slovakia in a day. No difficult climbing please.

I don't think so. It's around 70 km by road. The bus journey takes over 2 hours. There would be no difficult climbing involved - in fact a large part of the journey would be roads going down but it's simply too far.

My husband says that you could take the cable car to the top of Kasprowy Wierch and then walk down along Ticha Dolina, which is easy enough and on to Strbske Pleso. There you can take the electric train to Poprad. Otherwise, using just the roads it is more like 100 km than the 70 I thought it to be.

Journey from Strbske Pleso to Poprad takes more than an hour.
