Hello,

I'm after some information regarding flights to Vilnius from London please.

My friends and are hoping to fly to Vilnius on the 28 Dec 08 and return to England on on the 03 Jan 09. Already 5 return flights are nearly £200 each!

Do you have any suggestions for finding cheaper flights? I think Easy Jet hasnt released their winter schedule yet, so maybe it's worth waiting for that.

Any advise is much appreciated.

Hi Jim, you could try looking at some route indexing websites. Two that I use are:
www.harefares.com
www.skyscanner.com

It is possible they do not have routes posted for December 08 and January 09, but hopefully these will help. Good luck.

Easyjet does not go there or to Kaunas. Ryanair goes to Kaunas which is only 1 hour bus ride away. Aer Lingus, Baltic Air, Lithuanian Air, and a few other higher price airlines go to Vilnius. But being the high traffic time of the season, many Lithuanians working in the UK are coming/going to see their families for Christmas. It is a high priced time.

I guess the flights are only going to get more expensive so we will book this weekend.

I'm sure last time I went to Vilnius we flew with BA. It appears they dont fly to vilnius any more. Ah well.
