My husband and I planning to spend Christmas in Boone this year. We want to stay in a secluded/private mountain cabin. I have been looking on the internet and there are so many. Wanted to know if there is anyone out there that would recommend a cabin or rental company.

Hi - I have rented twice through www.blueridgevacationcabins.com. Once in Foscoe and once in Valle Crucis. Both places were nice and the company was easy to work with. There are so many rental places available though that it was tough to pick out just one! (I have also used www.vrbo.com with no hassles but not for this area.)
