I am having a birthday dinner on a Wednesday. I need a cheap restaurant, with good service and excellent food. Any suggestions? I was thinking Fluid, Buon Cafe or Avenue? Which is best?

I would chose Fluid or Buon cafe because I have been to all 3 but the service in the Avenue was slow we had to wait a long time for the food and then another long time for the bill. If I had to pick just 1 it would probably be Fluid
