Sorry I don't know him but I hope someone is looking after him. There are a handful of hospitals in Cagayan de Oro, you can call and ask the hospital desk if he is a patient there. Just pronounce his family name clearly or spell it. Is he German? Here is a link with a list of hospitals in Cagayan de Oro.
