We want to book the TGV home from Paris to Brussels.We arrive in airport Charles de Gaulle.How many time do we need to reach the trainstation?Because we want to book our tickets for the train home

From most parts of CDG it is a reasonably easy walk (depending on how many pieces of luggage and weight)I would say no more than 20 mins from any where.

That depends on the terminal you arrive at. The TGV station is integrated in terminal 2. If you arrive at another terminal you may need more time to get to the TGV station.
My suggestion would be to buy a normal ticket for a departure about 1 1/2 hour after you touch down. With normal tickets changing your booking to another train is easy (just use one of the ticket machines) and free, so you can always change to a later train if your flight is delayed, or even take an earlier train if you happen to be through customs faster than expected.
