I can't recommend you a particular restaurant but I think the best Slovak dish is
brindzové halusky. Don't leave Bratislava without tasting it! Mmmmm

See my Bratislava pages - we ate in the restaurant in the Hotel Perugia and it was excellent.

Without a doubt, the Slovak Pub,located at Obchodna ulica, is IT for me. It is casual, and wholly authentic. I go to Bratislava once a year and always visit it. http://www.slovakpub.sk/
