I rememeber years and years ago visiting Nerja and going to a beach with sand. But on my last visit we could not find it anywhere! Could anyone help please?

Walk down from the steps at the town end of the Balcon "promenade" to the little fisherman's beach, keep left and walk along the rocky walkway ( partly made up with hand rails) until you come to Burriana beach - a long stretch of sand with a decking walk-way, bordered all along by fish restaurants, cafes and bars.
There are also sandy beaches to the side eastern side of HOtel Europa at the end of the Balcon that go all the way to Malaga.........
