2. Also, which is the Easiest and/or the Closest to Salisbury Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong, SAR.

First of all, why are you staying in a hotel in Tsuen Wan? I've never even heard of the hotel. Tsuen Wan is out of the way and you'll have to take the MTR (train) with many, many stops, before you get anywhere. Anyhow, in answer to your question, if you're taking the MTR, Langham Place is probably the nearest. As for your second question, you can take a taxi to Elements from Salisbury Rd. Mongkok is not too far on the MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui station (Salisbury Road) and for Queen's Rd you'll have to cross over either on the MTR (1 stop) or Star Ferry, but MTR will be more convenient.
