Answer to your question.
1. There is an MTR (Tsim Sha Tui) station at the backside of your Hotel, this is a subway so you have to follow carefully the signage, as you might be lost under the tunnel, if ever there's a MAP or Directory for your guide. Take the train going to TSUEN WAN, while on the train Get OFF at station LAI KING then switch train going to TUNG CHUNG, which is the opposite train only and TUNG CHUNG is the last station for this train where the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car station located upon you exit. Always follow the arrow for exit going to Ngong Ping 360 Station. 2. From TUNG CHUNG station take again the MTR then Get Off at LAI KING Station switch train going to CENTRAL STATION and Get OFF at MONGKOK STATION, wherein the Ladies Market located. 3. From MONGKOK station take the MTR again going to CENTRAL STATION then get OFF at TSIM SHA TUI for your Hotel location. Take note don't be confused jsut follow the Train Map which is available at the HK AIRPORT for FREE and viola you won't be lost in HK. Have a nice TRIP!!

Hmmm... too far..
You can take the free shuttle bus to Peninsula only if you want to stroll along Victoria Harbour and Tsim Sha Tsui area or watch the Symphony of Lights show at the harbour every 8pm. From your hotel, you are already near the Big Buddha. So maybe you can 1. take a taxi to the nearest MTR station - Tsuen Wan. And then, 2. take the MTR Tsuen Wan-Central Line (red line), get off at Lai King. Do not exit the station. 3. Switch to the Tung Chung-Hong Kong (orange line) line train and get off at Tung Chung station. 4. Take the bus or cable car ride going up to the Big Buddha. I always take the cable car ride, hehe. Do not take the package (cable car + attractions) though, just the round trip cable car ride. The attractions are not that good. Maybe only small kids can appreciate them. (That's my opinion.) From Big Buddha going to the ladies market (mong kok) 1. go back to Tung Chung Station (by bus or cable car) and take the train. 2. get off at Lai King station. Switch to the Tsuen Wan-Central line. 3. Get off at Mong Kok station. From Mong Kok back to your hotel 1. from Mong Kok station, take the Central-Tsuen Wan line and get off at Tsuen Wan station. 2. take taxi to your hotel. From Peninsula to Mong Kok, 1. walk to get to the Tsim Sha Tsui station 2. take the Central-Tsuen Wan line and get off at Mong Kok.
