Quito	Excellent Internet cafe - Mariscal area? Posted: Mon July 7, 2008 01:07 AM UTC Anyone, please recommend an excellent Internet cafe in or around the Mariscal or the neighborhood around the SwissHotel, Av 12 de Octubre? Excellent means well lit, fast connection, good keyboards and MS office available. I have been to several in this area. The one i like best so far is on Reina Victoria at the mini-plaza with Av Foch. But, the lighting in this one is not that good and it is noisey at times and the keyboards and mice work well most of the time, but not always. Any advice appreciated.
