There are a couple good places.
The best I've always enjoyed is Wild Oats, on bank street (in the Glebe) - I believe its at Bank Street and 4th Avenue. Its so delicious, esp. the red curry with tofu, and the goat cheese lasagna. And they have the best bread and a wide selection (from some made with spelt flour, to 12 grain, to olive oil and rosemary).
Another place is the Green Door on Main Street. I've eaten there a couple times, and its good, although I'm not a big fan of spelt flour (which they tend to use in a lot of their dishes), which may explain why I'm not as keen on eating there all the time. However, everyone I've spoken with seems to really enjoy it, so its worth a trip for sure.
