Hi,

Can anyone out there recommend any great Vegetarian Restaurants in Montreal. We have been to a place called ChuChai on St.Denis which is amazing but we would like to know of anymore that are as good as this....Has anyone been to a place called Yuan on Sherbrook East?? We have heard good reviews about this place but have not tried it.

Thanks for the link although we have exausted the Happy Cow website...We are looking for more specific information/recommendations...Also there are no Lebanese Restaurants on Happy Cow that we can see unless you can point one out for us that we may not be seeing?

search for indian restraurants in the area on google .they would surely have vegetarian food.

Thanks all the same but we are looking for peoples true experiences at named restaurants. Without been rude I think we can work out for ourselves that typing into Google “Indian Restaurants” will bring up a list of venues that serves such food.

There is a fabulous Indian veg resto called Pushap, but depending on where you're staying, it might be out of your way. Still it's well worth the Metro ride up there. Barring that, and if you have no qulams about eating vegetarian food in an omnivorous restaurant, Star of India is very good. It's right downtown. There are also 3 more Indian restos within spitting distance of each other at St. Laurent and Fairmount. All 3 are super.
