My videos just show the sound and not the picture, and it was not like this when I upload them.

What been happening?

I had this problem too and they fixed it after a few days, but I was given a special email to a support group. I mailed them the link to the videos and they fixed it in a few days. Are these Quicktime?

Same as my one video - it took a couple of days, but it was corrected. I don't have the contact email I was given, but here's a link to the video people:

If you go to their site towards the bottom they have a way to contact them.

One, nay two videos of mine are still sound only after some weeks but we (those of us on the above forum discussion) found that a second/ third etc attempt reloading exactly the same thing sometimes pays off and gets results. Don't ask me why - I'm not sure the 'powers that be' know either! I was advised to keep my first attempt up and be patient and I've done exactly that. The stopwatch is still running! Take a peek at my videos and you'll see what I mean. Good luck! It'll all come good in the end...
