Cost of telephone international cards

For the firt time in my life (WOW) I go to Canada in August (Yukon and BC) and I need to buy telephone card for international (to Alaska, USA and Poland) landline calls (for 1-2 hours in total).
How much is it about? Where to purchase it not to overpay? Any weblinks?
