There are local tour operators that may help with the visa applications and paperwork but depending on your intended destinations, some embassies could require your personal appearance and interview plus other supporting documents.
To know what tours are available just look for their ads in the Sunday newspapers, there's usually a lot posted.

I agree with the above poster. Buy Manila Bulletin either on a Sunday or Monday and you'll find lots of operators offering tour packages, even pilgrimage tours.
Another option is to visit travel-related fairs where you'll have the opportunity to talk to and ask details from various travel agencies. I think there's one scheduled in September.

In fact I have another question: what's the average price for a visit to a european country?
Thanks

How can there be an average price for "a visit" from Manila to a European country?! Even the cost of flights with the same airline to the same European airport can vary depending on conditions so to take into account all airlines and all European airports would be a bit difficult. And then it depends where you would be staying (some cities being more expensive than others) and for how long.
If by any chance you mean (or are including) visa fees, there is no point in giving an average, you need to say whether visa would be for Schengen countries only or also for non-Schengen (e.g. UK). You can always try the embassies' websites: http://www.embassiesabroad.com/embassies-in/Philippines

I would think you would have to get a visa first. You can have someone do the paper work but you have to go to the interview. To get into the US on a travel visa you do the paper work pay 5000 pecos go to the interview then they turn you down. Then you do the same thing again and again finaly they give you a visa after getting about 15000 out of you.Are european countries as crocked as american I don't know but if your Manny Angel Kris you get a visa. The govt. maybe gets 2 million off Manny everytime he fights in taxes so if the gov makes money off you you'll get a visa if not no visa.
