i'm also interested in visiting the chaukundi tombs. are there entrance fees for the site? are they closed certain days? any information would be greatly appreciated.

Chaukandi is situated approx. 30 minutes drive from Karachi on National Highway, which is going towards Thatta and onwards to Hyderabad. Usually you can organize this as a day trip where you can visit Chaukandi, Bhanbore, Haleji Lake, Makli, and Shah Jahan Masjid.
