I was trying to buy tickets on Renfe from Seville to Barcelona on the night train (TRENHOTEL)....have been trying for the last 3 days with no luck. What is the train schedule (everyday or only on weekdays)? Renfe mentions it as a seat....any pointers on how good the seats are and if I can see any pics of the train on the internet as we are travelling with kids. Thanks.....

According to the website the Trenhotel leaves Daily at 21:22 thru mid-November. If you have registered and still have problems may want to send an email at http://www.renfe.es/atencion_cliente/index.html

Select the internet booking pulldown.

If this is your first time purchasing, you may need to show the credit card you used at the counter before your ticket is OK - but this was a while back - not sure if still the case. If you're having issues booking, there's probably a similar requirement.

Booking for trains too far in advance will result in ZILCH. So if you try for a date after 62 days from current there is no booking available.
RENFE web site keeps getting modified so may have been an 'off day'.
By the way, did you know that fares by plane are or rather can be quite low at certain times. Seville-Barcelona is served by www.clickair.com and www.vueling.com - its quite possible that the airfares will be less than the train incldg the beds.
