| Lima | Palacio De Gobierno Entry Posted: Wed July 2, 2008 05:34 PM UTC
Hello! Does anyone know how to arrange for a tour of the interior of the Palacio De Gobierno? I would love to see the inside while I am visiting Lima in September.
Thank you! |

Hi Jason. It looks like tours of the interior can be booked in advance at the entrance. Please check out the VT Travel Guides re: this topic:

Try the tours of the Ayuantamiento de Miraflores, I went with them once on a tour of the Presidential Palace-for details have a look at my pages. If able to do so, donīt forget to bring your passport with you.

Hi! Yesterday, i went to Historic Centre of Lima, and i asked about ur question, and i was surprised of the answer. There is no more tour inside Presidential Palace.
There were tours before, but with this new goberment (since 2 years ago) they were cancelled. It is a pity. Well, if u have more questions or if u need more information, just ask me. Regards, Pool

Thank you for asking and replying. That is very helpful, and unfortunate, information. I will still enjoy the sights of the city, as well as watching the guard change at the Palacio.
Cheers!
