day time in Phnom Penh, go palaces, temples, killing field, river bank at night;
in Siem Reap, temples, temples, more temples, spend the night at pub street.

4 days is not much, and also it would depend on where you land (or cross the border). My personal preference would be Siem Reap, there is a lot to see, you will easily spend 4 days just there, however Phnom Penh gives you that local, very cambodian experience, and I would agree with the previous post, a day in Phnom Penh, if you can do both, would be very educational.

Hi ! CAMBODIA... there're many things to do
4 days 3 nights, hmmm...
there're 3 main cities in cambodia..sihanoukville, phonm penh (the capital) and siem reap (angkor wat)
I think if you could spend 2 days in phomn penh and 2 days and 1 night in siem reap that would be great. you can access to these 2 cities by bus.
for hotel just log on: www.hostelworld.com
most hotels/ hostels have tour desk, or you can just hire a tuk-tuk driver to take you around the city for US $17 for a day. happy travel
