Don't know about taxi cost, but there is a bus outside the terminal will take you to Venice for 16 euros per person.

Treviso airport is quite a way from Venice, and you do not say where your ship will be berthed.
A land taxi cannot take you into Venice: land traffic stops at Piazzale Rome, at the end of the causeway from the mainland. You will then have to take a vaporetto (water-bus) or an (expensive) water-taxi. The airport bus will drop you in Piazzale Roma, or you can take a train to Mestre on the mianland, and then get another train, taxi or bus across the causeway into the city. TREVISO airport is 19 miles from Venice and you'll need to find out from the cruise company (or page below, if listed) EXACTLY where in Venice your cruise is leaving from. It would normally be either the Marittima basin or San Basilio which are at least near the causeway that brings the train from Mestre, and therefore not all that far from Piazzale Roma where the airport bus from Treviso arrives. There are shuttle buses from P. Roma to Marittima, but for Basilio you would either have to take a waterbus (vaporetto) or watertaxi (expensive), see http://europeforvisitors.com/venice/articles/venic
