I assume you're talking about the town of Como at the foot of the lake!
If so, take the train from San Giovanni station, in the town centre, to Milan where you can catch a connecting train direct to Turin. Total journey time approx 3 hours, ticket price €15 one way 2nd class. Check times at http://www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html typing Como as departure and Turin as destination, you will then be given several options for Como, click on S.Giovanni and you will be presented with 5 solutions.
