How can I get Shozou and Hangzou from Nanjing?. There is a train saervice available?

As I recall it is about 6 or 8 hours by train from Nanjing- Hangzhou.

for Shozou - do you mean Suzhou (sometimes pronounced Shu Jo?)

A good itinerary would be Nanjing - train to Suzhou (about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs),
then on to Hangzhou - another 4 - 5 hrs.

These trains all go through Shanghai.

Nanjing -- Suzhou: Plenty of trains and buses. I would definitely go by train.
Nanjing/Suzhou -- Hangzhou: Bus is probably a better option since these don't have to make a lengthy stopover in Shanghai.
