Budget carriers
www.airberlin.com and www.sterling.dk/flight fly Copenhagen>Valencia. Flying is the only feasible option for a weekend trip.

if you're willing to take a long day travelling then you could go to Billund and fly from there to valencia with ryanair. they have quite cheap prices. another option that might be cheaper than doing copenhaguen-valencia could be copenhagen-alicante and then train to valencia. alicante isnt too far from here (aprox 150 km, 2/2'5h by train). i think these are the cheapest (not easiest) options, but since you only have one weekend you probably dont wanna spend so much time travelling. so, for direct flights, sterling.
