Hei everybody!

I am going to stay in Interlaken in the beginning of July (8th to 13th), and I am planning to go for a hike in the region. Grindelwald, Kleine Scheidegg and Jungfraujoch all seem like fantastic places to visit, but from what I have read, Niederhorn – Gemmenalphorn is fantastic too! Basically everything looks wonderful, and I have a hard time prioritizing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

And would you know of any nice place to be and watch the sunrise in the early morning? (probably everywhere :)

Two of my favourite places in Switzerland are Grindelwald(which is near Interlaken)and Saas Fee that is near Zermatt.
Grindelwald is just beautiful.Try the www.bedandbreakfast.ch website and you will find Hotel BelAir Eden which is just outside the Grindelwald train station.The people there would answer your questions in detail through email and you can plan things in detail.I found their suggestions very practical,especially with regard to the weather and which place to choose for which day(since they have access to the local forecast)They have a gorgeous breakfast spread.

I agree with Globetrot - classic alpine hike is First to Schynigge Platte
the Eiger trail is also interesting and from there can continue down to Alpligen

Try Trift (near Interkirchen) and Rosenlau area, you will not be dissapointed

the right spelling for your google-search will be :
Innertkirchen and Rosenlaui
both places are not listed on VT, but seem to be interesting !
