You just need to register your motocycle at the Mongolian border when you enter the country and register again when you leave it, that they have a proof that you didn't sell your bike in the country. If you want to sell your bike in Mongolia after your trip you'll have to pay three different taxes and need to bring a proof and receipt from where you bought it in your country.
