I'm heading to Hanoi in three days, from the forum postings here it sounds like Buffalo tours are the best option, but can anyone tell me where in Hanoi I can go to book this 2D/1N tour? Thanks for any advice!!!

They are located at 94 Ma May street in the old quarter, it not too hard to find if you have a map.
