There are no hotels on the beaches in Odessa that I know of. Arkadia probably has the closest hotel to it but it's still a walk. If you aren't dependent on concierges, I really recommend getting an apartment.

There are hotels on the beaches of Odessa. The problem is you have to book them at least 6-8 months... Try to rent apartment near the beach. The best place is the city center because it's safe and it will take you 20 min. on foot to reach Odessa central beach Lanzeron.
