-Eslite bookshop (main store)
-Wu fen pu
-gongguan market
-ximending

and i heard there is a bookstreet at taipei main station? how to get there too?
do they sell wide variety comics there?

Gong Guan at Gongguan MRT Stop exit 4. Time after 12 noon to about 10 pm.

Wufenpu: Houshanpi MRT stop. However faster way is to Songshan Railway Station by Train from Taipei main Station (NOT MRT)
