If you will be very tired and need a bed then 4 hotels are very close to the airport.

AIRPORT HOTEL BUDAPEST ****
• 2.8 km from Ferihegy, just 2 minutes by a free minibus

The airport is open round the clock, so you can sleep there. Some people also do so. The first rail connection to Debrecen is at 3.25 AM bound for Szolnok, where you can change to another local train arriving at Debrecen at 7.00AM. (These local trains are damn slow, but at night, one has no other choice. At least there would be a lot of space for you and it's fun.)
