We'll arrive at Otogar in Izmir. We know that our hotel offers a free shuttle service to Alsancak. Is there a "servis" joining Izmir Otogar and Alsancak ? If yes, do you know where is the terminal of this "servis" ?

Which bus company are you taking? The bus company bringing you into Izmir Otogar would definetly have a mini or midi bus into the city and most probably to Alsancak as this is a common drop off, pick up point. As soon as you gete of your bus in Izmir ask the bus attendents or bus company attendents meeting your bus for "Servis to Alsancak" they will direct you to the bus. Keep in mind Izmir Otogar is big and complex. Have someone from your bus company walk you where the mini bus would leave. It could be like 2 floors down on the opposite side or something. Really depends where the bus arrives and recent routine they are following. And the minibus most probably won't have any markings on it. Ask them if they are XXX bus's servis to Alsancak. If you miss your own and find another company's bus to Alsancak, just ask them and say pleasseeeee with your cutest puppy look. They will take you. Worse comes to worse give the driver 10ytl queitly. It will do.
And also keep in mind depending on when your bus arrived, the minibus could leave 5 minutes after your arrival or you could wait for it like 45 minutes.If you miss one demand you get on the next one. They will let you take that.
Yes the distance from Otogar to Alsancak is huge and the cab driver might drive you the longer way too. It is best yto catch the bus company's minibus.
