Have a look here - http://www.expatica.com/de/entertainment/whats_on/ Hopefully you'll find something of interest. Berlin is an amazing city! Check out a venue called Kaffee Burger too - it's on this list. Fantastic old style venue.

the mentioned list is unfortunately a bit outdated (and not that good for electronic music).
the best clubs for electronic music/techno are: - berghain - watergate - arenaclub - 103 club - weekend - golden gate - tape - zmf (zurmöbelfabrik) if it's good weather - bar25 - club der visionäre
