| Jordan | Anonther question about Jordan / Amman Posted: Fri June 27, 2008 02:08 AM UTC
I will be traveling to Amman and staying for 3 weeks with my 3 children. My husband will be working there. Is it fine for me to take my 3 children touring during the day by myself? Any tips, hints or suggestions on doing that?
Thank you. |

Hi,
There is no problem to tour and discover Jordan by yourself. You will have sufficient time to discover the various tourism and archeological sites. Close to Amman you can go to Jerash and the Dead sea of course. Depending on the age of your kids, you venture further to Petra and I recommend you spend at least two nights in Petra and if you have time gspend another night in Wadi Rum. From Amman you can also make a comfortable day trip to Umm Quays, Pella and Ajlun Castle. Have a great time in Jordan
