I have tried every number listed on every website link for Cheetah Coaches but they just ring. The e-mails I send are being returned. Have these guys gone out of business?

Did you call during reasonable opening hours, considering that their time zone might be different to yours? South Africa is not good on "after-hours" responses.

I found them difficult to get hold of, but finally managed - Telephone is best. Try contacting the Pietermaritzburg Tourist association. They're more likely to use other means of communication.
