I am seeking budget,safe,easy access accomodation for a return visit to Moscow of at least 7 days or more..,also consider a home stay with someone and happy help with english- interests of mine incluse art, books , museums, discussion,poetry, music etc - period towards end this august or beginning septor ranging between end july -sept

You can find apparments in Moscow. For example: http://www.tverskayastreet.ru/index.php?lang=en - in English. It's not a budget - 100 EU per day, but in center of Moscow. One more: http://flatcentre.com/English/index_eng.html
