Where are the cave dwellings closest to Xian? Can you get a taxi to take you there, or you need to hire a guide to take you to see the inside of the cave dwellings?

I think those are the ones near the Terracotta Warriors. Not sure if random taxi drivers would know the place. Then again, I'm not sure if you really need a guide.

There are still more than 1 million farmers live in the caves near xi.an,you need a guide or someone takes you visit the village.
It takes around 1 hour to visit the caves near lantian or qianling.
