How much you would like to pay? A/C or fan? Hot water? Hotel or guest house? Single or double? If you are looking for something basic eg ,fan, cold water,$4night Sarah who posts on Tripadviser = under> sljordan85/ recommends a small hotel, forgot the name but you can look up her post.She is also staying there for a few months.

to add to hethas advise, Sarah is staying at a small hotel called dong phuong 1, which from her description is very cheap, basic, but has all that is required, and not far from the Asia Paradise Hotel, so not too far from the main beach strip. Sarah recently moved to Nha Trang from England with her b/friend, who has a diving instructing job there, so she/they could be a good start for you as to up-to-date info and practical tips. cheers M
