i have the choice to go to Sochi, how can i get there from Varna , bulgaria, or from Frankfurt.

If you can get to Moscow, I think via Moscow is best

There is one direct flight from Frankfurt once a week.
D9-204 29.06 23:55 FRA (Frankfurt) -> 30.06 5:15 AER (Sochi) Moscow, or St.Peterburg will be better as you can chose not only weekday, but daytime. There are 4-5 flights from Frankfurt and 4-5 to Sochi. P.

There is a good Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt to city of Rostov-on-Don(The capital of Russian Southern Region).That's very near to Sochi.From Rostov Airport you can take an internal flight to Sochi(40 minutes flight) or take a taxi,go to Rostov railway station,there are plenty trains from Rostov to Sochi every day,every hour.Please note,Russians basically never speak English,use a good phrasebook or an Russian guide.Sochi is beautiful anyway.
