The Kozma cemetery is somewhat distant from central Budapest.
The easiest way I can find is by the 28 tram from Blaha Lujza ter (Nepszinhaz utca station): http://www.bkv.hu/english/villamos/28.html All of the cemeteries you listed seem worthwhile to visit.

Well...I don't know too much the Kerepesi (real is Fiumei úti sírkert)but I know there are many interesting tomb.
http://www.btirt.hu/temetok/fiumei.html The memorial of the victims of 1956 is located in the back of the Újköztemető. And I think it could find a world war memorial also and the Unknown (Russain or German) warrior's tomb here. http://www.btirt.hu/temetok/ujkoztemeto.html Farkasréti cemetery: http://www.btirt.hu/temetok/farkasret.html

Kozma Street Cemetery (New Public Cemetery or Uj koztemeto)
From the back exit (viewed as coming from the city center) of Stadionok metro station (line M2; from the city center: direction Ors vezer tere), bus 95 will take you there quicker than any crawling tram. (Tram rides from Blaha Lujza ter take 35 minutes, whereas the metro ride+bus takes 25 minutes.) You'll have to get off after stop 'Sirkert ut', at stop 'Uj koztemeto, fobejarat' (New Public Cemetery, Main Entrance). It's easy to recognise as there are dozens of stonecutter workshops and flower shops around. Parcel 301 is the backmost part of the cemetery, so you may consider taking a taxi. Otherwise, it's a pleasant 30-minute walk. Unfortunately, there is no back entrance, which would be of course closer to other transport. Kerepesi Cemetery (Fiumei ut National Cemetery, Fiumei uti temeto or Nemzeti Sirkert) It's a short walk from Keleti palyaudvar (Eastern Station). As an alternative, you may take trams 28, 37 or 37A from Blaha Lujza ter to their 3rd stop, Fiumei ut (stop after Teleki ter; prepare for getting off as the tram makes its first right turn) or tram 24 from Keleti pu. for one stop, Dologhaz utca. Farkasret Cemetery (Farkasreti temeto) Take tram 59 from Moszkva ter (metro M2) to stop Farkasreti temeto, fobejarat (stop after Lipto utca). You may also take bus 8 from Ferenciek tere (stop located in Karolyi Mihaly utca, NOT on Szabad sajto utca, as for many other bus routes), it's only a 15-minute ride this way from the city center. Get off after stop Lejto ut.
