please can somebody help me . my partner is cypriot, and im english. i wanted to get my twins 9 months old christened in limassol, in his church, but i have heard that it is not possible as we are not married is this true? i am also looking for a catholic orthodox church in limassol that would provide the service in both greek and english so that both families can understand, if you have any contact information of any churches this would be a big help, thankyou |

The priest of the Church in which you wish to have your children baptised is the person to give you the correct answer to these questions.

It would be much more appropriate to discuss this in person with the relevant priest(s), as noted above.
If you are not presently in Cyprus, perhaps a relative there could make enquiries on your behalf?

Are you looking for a (Roman-)Catholic or an (Greek-)Orthodox church ??
