I want to travel from Zagreb to Treviso in July.

Please advice.

Journey takes 9-10+ hours, minimum 2 changes.

http://www.hznet.hr/ is the Croatian railway site (English version is linked right at the bottom of the page), but its 'international timetable' link just takes you to the bahn.de site as above.

www.germanwings.com fly Zageb-Milan Malpensa: you could fly there then take the train to Treviso (train take around 3+ hours).

There may be a bus option (very lengthy, I suspect) but the relevant websites are not functioning at the moment. Check http://www.autotrans.hr/
