Hi,
Have a look at www.condasa.com. It's the bus company that runs in the n-e part of Basque country. Takes about 1 and a quarter hours but I couldn't find the price. The site is in English or Spanish but be careful which bus to take as some take the motorway and others the regional roads (takes an hour longer).Run every hour between 7 and 11 the morning then 13.00 then changes in the afternoon, but the longest wait is there between 11.00 and 13.00. The train takes 1 and three quarters of an hour and cost varies from 14e70 to over 28 euros depending of the train. There is one at 10.45, the next at 17.51 and the last at 22.59. www.renfe.es

The bus should be cheaper, I honestly recommend to do the trip by bus, is very short and doesn´t stop in the way to Pamplona.
