| Broken Hill | Caravan Park, photo opportunities and road conditions Posted: Wed June 18, 2008 01:07 PM UTC
Hi all,
my wife and I will be travelling to Broken Hill in early July this year. We have a camper trailer and will be looking for a caravan park to stay in for a few days. Would there be one that someone could recommend? Also we are heavily into photography and wish to take plenty of pics. We are thinking the Sculptures at sunrise and Silverton - are there any other 'not to miss' photo opportunities? If I may ask a little more; we will be travelling from Broken Hill to Menindee and then onto Mungo National Park - is the road from Menindee to Pooncarie suitable for a 2WD with camper trailer? Thanks so much in advance, Bill |
