Hi,
Pramod here, Myself and few of my friends are planned to visit Shimla, Kullu, Manali, Rothang Pass, Leh, Kardung la, Kashmir, Jammu from September 20th to Septmber 30th. I love snow, so am very much willing to experience the snow. Will it be snowing at that time in any of the places am visiting.. Please let me know. Thanks in advance, Pramod. |

no it will not be snowing .. it snows from mid october ...get in touch wiht local hiking groups for more information
