City of Manila Best But Not Too Expensive Eat All You Can Buffet
Posted: Wed June 18, 2008 03:48 AM UTC
Hi guys!

It's been while since my last post. Been really busy. Hope everyone's doing just great. :)

I hope you can help me out guys.

My birthday is fast approaching. Aside from the usual parties and family gatherings, I am planning to give a blowout to certain people who work for us.

These people are pretty simple, preferring Filipino food with a little dose of Chinese perhaps - nothing too flashy or sophisticated.

My question is this: Where should I take them? Aside from Dads/Saisaki/Kamayan, are there any other eat all you can buffets being offered by restaurants that I may not know? Where is it located? How much is per plate? Contact numbers?

Please help. Thanks. Regards

Try Cabalen. The last time I visited their branch at Glorietta, P295++ per head without drink.

Dad's/Saisaki is still your best bet. There is no need to wait for refill, and the selection is varied considering the price. It is food that you pay and not the place - if you know what I mean.

My vote would be for Dad/saisaki, it is cheap but value for money. If you want some thing more, go to Makati Shangrila, there buffet is also good but not value for money.

I agree with allelli I tried tramway last month... very good value for money

during sundays i think the rate is 300+ (this is during lunch) very good food and lots of sea foods

however on regular days I think its just 200+ I think the reason is there are lesser sea foods on the buffet table.

We ate there during a sunday. Superb!

I've heard a lot about Tramway but I've never really tried it. Where is it located? What are the dishes available? PHP200 - very affordable compared to Kamayan (PHP 580). But is the food delicious? I am actually a meatlover.

We ate in the banawe branch.... if your in banawe street before you reach del monte you should have seen it already... hmm if your in banawe facing / bound for del monte street its in the left side.... you have to turn left on a street but its only a few meter from the road so its very easy to spot... i think one palatandaan is you will not pass by SOGO, if you do so... it means lagpas ka na...

when we went there there wer lots of desserts, leche flan was superb.... mais con yelo... meat... hmmm there were patatim... a big fish i presume steamed... lots of siomai... sweet n sour pork... and madami pa iba... food is very delicious...
