Unsure if havas go by it but link here
http://www.havas.com.tr/en/otobus_izmir.asp if not there should be some local buses or take havas into town and get a shorter taxi ride.

The airport and the otogar are at two completely opposite side of the city!
If you are arriving by bus from somewhere else, ask "Service?" It`s the little bus that you bus company put at the disposal of the clients to get to the city. City center is called "Sehir merkesi". You will be guided in the gigantic terminal and have to wait for the service bus. This bus can leave your near the train station ("train gara"), wich is kind of in the city center. You will see many bus company office. From there, you have to take a taxi; it will cost you about 35 YTL.
