I'm planning to travel to turkey late August. I guess my wife will force me to have some shoppings! Specially clothings are in her intrest, offcourse I'm not so unintrested! Regarding prices and quality, Izmir is better to shop or Istanbul? |

you know istanbul is bigger city than izmir so you can find many more options in istanbul but i think İzmir is cheaper and if u want to do shopping in İzmir best place is kemeraltı, but you need to bargain if u want to buy cheap

Merhaba to you, I agree that izmir is marginally cheaper than istanbul. Quality will be much the same. izmir is the largest shopping place on the Aegean and is handier to visit for people in Kusadasi and Bodrum for example than going all the way to istanbul. There is an IKEA in izmir but I suspect you won't be doing any furniture shopping :0)
